All Cooke's end-of-course exams are computer based exams and can be taken by the student in the quiet privacy of their home.

Video Streaming:

This is the latest product on the video streaming market that allows live and recorded presentation with synchronized Power Point. Students can take the course for credit by watching live or recorded classes in the comfort of their own home. It is a Cooke Real Estate School® policy that students of the real estate license course can retake and/or review the real estate license course for up to one year from the date of the students' registration. This policy is good for the in-class video conferencing course only. The online or cd rom students can review the course material up to one year but can not retake the course without paying again.
