14 Hour Correspondence Course for
Real Estate License Update- $24.95

This course includes both the 3 Hour Core Law and the 11 Hour Specialty Course.
 
  Cooke offers this program in partnership with one of the largest real estate school providers in the United States, Dearborn Publishing's RECampus Program. This is the same program offered by many other real estate schools in the State of Florida for much more money.

Instructor contact:

After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. EST and 5:00 P.M. EST.

We encourage students to e-mail the instructor with questions regarding the On-Line course at instructors@cookeschool.com. With an e-mail to the instructor, the student will have a written document of the response.

For questions by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response time Monday through Friday, E-mails over Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday will be returned the first business day.


How does this Correspondence Course work?

  1. Upon purchasing the course from the Cooke Bookstore, the school will mail the student the textbook Florida Continuing Education for Florida Real Estate Professionals .
  2. The textbook features:
  • Complete summary of all changes to Chapter 475, Florida Statutes, including the Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Commission Lien Acts.Coverage of other recent regulations affecting real estate professionals such as Do-Not-Call legislation and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Progress test questions throughout the textbook
  • Real-life cases in each chapter-actual cases prosecuted by the Division of Real Estate
  • World Wide Web links ot sources of helpful real estate information
  • " Forms-to-go" - 19 removable forms commonly used by real estate professionals.

How does this program work?
  1. After the student has thoroughly gone over the textbook and answered the Progress tests over each of the chapters, the next step is to answer the 30 question quiz.
  2. The course's 30 questions are multiple choice with each question having four selections.
  3. The student can not miss more than 6 questions, a score of 80% or higher must be obtained.
  4. If more than 6 questions are missed, the student must take the exam again.
  5. Students can fax their answer sheet to 866-280-5948 or mail the answer sheet to the school for grading
  6. The student must sign the Affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed this correspondence course and final examination with assistance from anyone.", which is at the bottom of the answer sheet. 
  7. Once the answer sheet is graded, the completion certificate will be mailed to the student
  8. The Completion Certificate is not mailed in with the license renewal notice but kept in a safe place in case you are audited by the DRE.
