Continuing Education - Approved On Line Courses: The state of Florida requires appraisers to take 30 hours of CE for each renewal period. Here is the breakdown:

**30 Hour Value Package Tuition Fee - $295

17 Hours of elective courses.
3 Hours of mandatory Florida Appraisal Laws and Regulations
7 Hours of mandatory National USPAP 2010-2011 Undated
3 Hours of mandatory Supervisor/Trainee Roles and Relationship Course
