I understand that all in-class courses are held in St. Petersburg. Because of the recent reduced number of appraisal students, class cancellations are possible. If the school cancels a course because of low student numbers, a full refund will be issued. If however, a student registers for the course and fails to attend without notifying the school three days before the course date, a refund will NOT be issued. The student can certainly attend the course at a future date within one year from the date of registration. All cancellations done by the student before the 3-day notice period will be charged a $25 processing fee.

For the 15 Hour USPAP or the 7 Hour USPAP Update all student MUST bring their current USPAP Manual to the course and be able to take the manual home with them. This is a new AQB requirement.

Please NOTE: Upon registering for the course, you will receive two Emails, an information letter and receipt with your user name and password. The Emails are automatically generated. If you don't receive your Email within 30 minutes or so, you can call the school and we will be glad to provide them to you.
