1. The course Florida Real Estate Brokerage is course is composed of 18 unit/Chapters. This course has the streaming presentation, learning objective and a assessment for each chapter.
2. Each Unit Exam Quiz is also needed to be completed with a minimum score of 80%. This is the most important part of the course, because as the student works through these modules it demonstrates mastery of the course.
3. A student can move onto the next unit without passing the previous one but the student will not be able to access the final exam until everything is completed and passed.
4. Once the student finishes the online streaming portion of the course, an automatic e-mail is sent to the student's e-mail address with the link and user name and password to access the timed end-of-course exam.
5. The course has a timed hour and a half final exam. The exam is a 50 question multiple choice exam with four choices. The student must score a 75% or more on the end-of-course exam.
6. The satisfy the 60 Hour post requirement for brokers, the student must satisfactory complete the two 30 hour courses for the renewal.

If the student fails the On-Line end-of-course exam, the student has to wait more than thirty day or less than one year before the student can retake the end of course exam for that particular course. The student is able to have access to review the course until the student takes the end of course exam again at the 30 plus days waiting period. If the student fails the second time the student will need to retake the on-line course again and the student will need to pay the full tuition fee again for the course the student failed.
4. The student can work through the courses at the student's convenience. Once the student signs up for a course it is good for one year.
5. The courses are NOT designed to be printed for security purposes and copyright regulations.
6. At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail with their user name and password from Cooke School.
7. Every On-Line student must agree to the following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination". This certification affidavit is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions for the Final Exam'. The student must select 'yes' and click "enter" to take the final exam.
8. Before taking the on-line RECampus final end-of-course exam, it is important the following technical information be review by the student to eliminate as much as possible any technical issues that might arise.
9. Upon completing each individual course, RECampus posts for Cooke Real Estate School a daily report of student's final grade report. The staff at Cooke reviews this report daily, Monday through Thursday, and mails the completion certificates to those students who have successfully received a grade of 75% or better on the timed end-of-course exam. Allow three to four business days to receive this completion certificate.
10. Students must NOT wait until last day before their license renewal date to take this course. It is HIGHLY recommend to start the course at least 45 days before the license renews and to take the final exam more than 30 days before the student's license renewal date. Remember , if the course is not completed and passed by the renewal date, the license become null and void.
