The textbook Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law is included. . The sessions required are: Session 2 - License law and Qualifications; Session 3 - License Law and Administration; Session 4 - Brokerage Relationship and Ethics; Session 5 - Real Estate Brokerage Operations; Session 6 - Complaints, Violations and Penalties; Session 7 - Federal State and Housing Laws; Session 11 - Real Estate Contracts; Session 14 - Computatons and Title Closing; Session 17 - Real Estate Investment Analysis and Business Opportunity.
